Refunds will be issued to the payment card used at the time of reservation. Please allow 7–10 days for refunds to be credited to your account. EXTENDED STAYS (31 NIGHTS OR MORE)

Any extended stay at the park is considered a month-to-month rental of the RV site. An initial deposit of $250 is required to secure your reservation. The full $250 is held as a refundable long-term damage and security deposit. This deposit secures your booking and ensures that the space you have reserved is not offered to another guest.

IdaHome RV Resort does not refund the deposit before move-in if a guest cancels because they have decided to stay at another local park. Exceptions may be made for stays at other Point RV parks. Refunds for cancellations for all other reasons are at management’s discretion.

To receive a refund of your deposit at the end of your stay, you must provide the park with at least 30 days’ written notice before vacating your RV site. This notice period allows the park time to rent the space to another guest. If you do not provide a full 30 days’ notice, you will be charged an early termination fee equal to 30 days’ rent, plus $25.

30 DAYS’ NOTICE OR MORE: Written notice must be provided. Payments already made on the account that exceed the rent due for the 30-day notice period will be refunded, less any outstanding electricity bills, propane charges, or incidental charges on your Campspot account.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS’ NOTICE: Rent for the full 30-day notice period, a $25 cancellation fee, and any outstanding electricity charges will be due. These amounts may be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of reservation or charged to the customer’s debit or credit card on file.

Early departures, for any reason, are subject to the conditions outlined above and a recalculation of the prorated nightly rate for any applicable refunds.

Refunds will be issued only for overpayments remaining on the account after the charges described above have been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.

All refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in the cancellation policy above. Management reserves the right to exercise discretion in cancellation and refund situations.

The cancellation and refund policy is subject to change at any time.*
